Virtual Floorplan

We’ll schedule a 30 Minute “Discovery Call” to learn about the scope of your project, budget, your vision for the space and how you need it to function. After the call, you will sign a letter of agreement and provide me with:

1.Pictures and measurements of your existing space (don’t worry, I will send detailed instructions on how to measure the room).

2.Pictures and measurements of any items you want incorporated in the final design.

I’ll spend 2-3 weeks working on your customized floor plans and the design package you receive will include:

•   2 floor plan arrangements incorporating new and existing furniture pieces
•   2 rounds of revision are included in this package
•   The drawings in this package are to illustrate design concept only, and should not be used for construction purposes without consulting with the appropriate licensed professional such as a general contractor.
