Leather Journal

This beautiful 5″ x 5 ” leather journal contains 100 pages of acid-free, handmade cotton watercolor or bamboo paper . The scalloped arches paired with the copper rivets and wrap around closure give an old world feel to the book.  The rugged leather and hand torn paper edges give the book a gorgeous artisanal look. This unique piece is designed by me and was handmade exclusively for us in Seattle by a talented artist/bookmaker. The small, portable size make it great for travel or on the go journaling, sketching, watercolor painting.

Note: All paper is acid-free, archival and has hand torn edges. Watercolor paper is 100% cotton rag and is designed for watercolor painting on both sides as well as for most medium nib pens. The bamboo paper is 90% bamboo/ 10 % cotton and is designed for most pencils, micro tip pens, fountain pens, light watercolors and has a smoother surface than the watercolor paper.
