Back in February, I attended the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in Vegas. This event showcases all the latest and greatest products for kitchens and baths, and there are different educational and industry talks each day. It was an amazing experience to see all the products and learn from some of the industry greats! Some of the main trends I saw at the show were:
- Color! Vibrant colors were everywhere at the show, from colorful tubs to cabinets to range hoods.
- Automation. Automation in the home has been big the last couple of years, and devices such as Amazon Echo, Google Home are making it easier than ever for homeowners to automate kitchens and baths. Toilets and showers can be controlled and programmed with touch screens, and showers can even be voice controlled with these devices.
- Customization. Consumers these days want options, and appliance and range hood companies are able to deliver! You can pick the color handles on your fridge or the knobs on your range and create a product customized to your tastes.
