Last month while I was in Dubai for a project, I had the chance to visit the Index Design Series. This 4 day event showcases lighting, furniture, textiles, surface materials and home products from vendors from all over the world. There is of course a focus on products from the Middle East and Asia, which means lots of natural stones, inlay, wood carvings, and metalwork which I love. I actually grew up in that part of the world, so I always love incorporating these elements in my design. One of the most awesome things about these products is they can all be customized for any space! Below are some of my favorite products from the event that I would love to work into any design.
