I’m working on a custom home new build, and the owners really wanted to incorporate a home theater and bar in the basement. Home theater components such as speakers don’t generally whip me into a frenzy of excitement, but we are going for a more traditional, intimate look reminiscent of an old world lounge which I always love. Think lots of rich wood tones, soft leather, and of course plush drapery.

And here is a peek of the design concept which I am super exited to see get built (but will also have to wait quite a bit to see completed)! I’m particularly excited about the bar island!
