Like most design lovers, I’m constantly inspired by travel and many of the interiors I’ve seen around the world. See three of my favorite interiors from around the world down below.
1. Mallorca – an old fortress converted into an hotel. The interiors and exterior spaces flow together and spaces like the indoor pool highlights the original architecture of the fortress. Also, they serve up the cutest picnic basket breakfasts in your room, where you get to pick everything the night before!
2. El Ateneo grand splendid bookstore in Buenos Aires – an old theater house converted to a bookstore. The seats become rows of bookshelves and the stage is now a cafe area.
2. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi – built in modern times but the design and materials used are reminiscent of luxury artisans from the past.
